WHAT A JOKE!! I was part of a party that came in to support a charity for dog shelters and stood at the bar section for 20 minutes with ZERO attention . Sat down at a table and after another 10 minutes was FINALLY approach by a server who not only ignored me but took everybody’s order but my fiancé because she complained about the wait time but the server continued to walk away. When I decided to ask for a manager the same bartender that served the rest of the table I was originally sitting at told me it was because they were too busy. I feel so incredibly disrespected because I was not only there for a good cause but to have a good time and yet I feel like I couldn’t be served unless I had something protruding from my chest. Was my fiancé just not attractive enough for the male bartenders? We will never support this...

We just flew in and this place happened to be near our hotel, so we decided to check it out. The atmosphere was dark and cozy — exactly what you’d expect from a classic pub. Our server, a kind older woman, made us feel right at home the moment we walked in.

I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich. I’ll admit, I was a little nervous when I noticed the fries being defrosted in the microwave — but hey, it’s a pub, not a fine dining spot. In the end, the food turned out solid, the drinks were good, and the service was great.

Only downside? They closed at 11, which felt a little early for a spot like this. Still, I’d definitely come back next time...

nice little place with a pretty good Pub menu. nice and bright and clean inside. the Waitress/barmaid was excellent and very helpful ( did not get her name was not on the slip). small kitchen so things would probably get slower as the place gets packed. I am a craft beer person, the only craft beer on tap was Rhode Islands Grey Sails Brewery's Captains Daughter which is their DIPA. Also in cans the was Whalers A.P.A. which is commendable to have 2 RI made beers in stock, but also not great that it is all they got for craft beer drinkers. if i have the opportunity i may stop by again to try some...
