It saddens and disheartens me that I have to rate this restaurant so poorly, despite the fact that I enjoyed my food. However, the terrible service I received left a bad taste in my mouth and completely overshadowed their food. I have been in twice to use my coupons from the Entertainment coupon book, and both times, the same employee turned my experience into a nightmare. The first time, she yelled at the person I was with and I about how we couldn't both use a coupon, despite the fact that we were two separate customers, making two separate transactions, using two separate forms of payment. She treated us like we were trying to take part in some type of scam and ultimately only one of us was allowed to use a coupon while the other paid full price. I went in again yesterday, and was relieved that I didn't see the employee who had given me a hard time. However, when I took out a coupon, she appeared out of nowhere and took over my transaction. She made a huge scene. She began yelling at another employee about how confusing the coupons are and how she doesn't want them in the book next year, and freaked out in front of us, the customers. We ended up leaving without one of the items we originally wanted because after the huge drama created by the coupon, we just wanted to get out of there. She acted like we ruined the whole day and treated us like garbage, simply for trying to save some money using coupons that were current and valid for their business. No customer should ever feel so horrible after leaving a restaurant. If I could figure out when that employee ISN'T working, I might go back, because I did like my food. But unfortunately I don't think I'll be back. There are a lot of places to get breakfast that actually have some really good customer service. I am forgiving and like to give people the benefit of the doubt - you never know what is going on in people's personal lives and what they're dealing with that you can't see. But two separate experiences that went exactly the same way is enough for me. I hope they let this employee go or teach her some customer service skills or they will continue to lose business from...
Read moreGenuinely a hidden gem. I saw it while driving home from a morning job and I’m so glad I stopped. I went in for just one muffin and ended up walking out with a 6-pack and a bagel 😂
Since I’d never been before, I had to give some of the flavors a try. I was really hoping for a lemon poppyseed, but their only lemon option was a Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake. It’s actually really good, just not my thing since I’m not the biggest cheesecake fan—so it was kinda sad not to see another lemon one. I ended up getting that, plus Chocolate Peanut Butter Explosion, Apple Pie Deep Dish, Cinnamon Crumb Cake, and Georgia Peach. There were soooo many options, even for bagels! I tried a little of each and they were so tasty. I just know they’re gonna smack even more once I toast them at home.
I ended up grabbing a Cinnamon Toast Bagel too, which was also amazing—just a little on the doughy side. I wish I had asked for it extra-toasted, but I didn’t think to at the time. Definitely will next time! Still, it was really good, and I love that they offer a bunch of different cream cheese flavors to choose from.
You seriously gotta stop by and...
Read moreBEWARE! I went in to purchase a $10 giftcard and they tried to charge me a hidden 16% fee!! Rang up for $11.60 on credit card machine. When I asked why they said it was “Credit Card fees.” When I said something the cashier quickly changed the price and the credit card machine then read $10.80. She said “all set I fixed it.” I said to her that no it should just be $10. A woman in the back (short hair with accent) starting yelling saying “ that’s the way it is every business charges you fees now, it’s like that everywhere”. I let her know I had been buying holiday gift cards all day and that’s not the case. She continued to say nope every business charges you a fee. Again, not even remotely accurate.
This place is taking their credit card processing fees and applying them back to the customer. There are no signs about fees etc. they are scamming their customers. Originally trying to charge a 16% fee on a giftcard? Do you think that is ethical? I left and as I left the woman continued yelling as I left. One of the most unprofessional interactions i have encountered. Also their hours are wrong on Google. Long story short...
