I thought by going here because of the reviews was going to be a plus, but it definitely wasn't. I went in for a short natural hair style, You one did not know how to style my hair. THEN you said I needed my ends cut and didn't even cut them. You gave me a treatment that I didn't even ask for so at the end you charged me for it. All together for a wash and style with short hair you were originally going to charge me $95 you went down to $85 but still in the end it wasn't styled at all. I told you it didn't last one day, I went to comb my hair and you said I combed the curls out. My HAIR WAS NOT STYLED AT ALL. So I asked for atleast half the refund back and you told Me you don't give refunds and you can do my hair over. I CLEARLY DO NOT TRUST YOU AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND NOR Go back. I understand it's a business, but at the same time I basically lost $85 for my hair to look like it wasn't done at all. I'm VERY disappointed.
