I can’t say enough great things about Iris and Rainbow Boutique! My experience started with a little hiccup—my original order (the black and checkered mini backpack) got lost in the mail. But let me tell you, Suzie was an absolute rockstar! 🌟 She went above and beyond to make things right, and I am beyond grateful.

After checking their stock, I decided to switch to the brown and checkered mini backpack and added the best version crossbody to my order. Despite the restock delay, Suzie handled everything professionally, patiently, and with the kindest attitude—even with all my numerous questions! My new order arrived incredibly fast, and I couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely love the jeans which is the only reason I gave a star. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. Got the jeans and literally just tried them on and realized I needed a size smaller. So I messaged them to inquire about an exchange, to which I received a response as to their policy. I sent them back only to receive an e-mail saying tags were missing and there was obvious wear. They received those jeans back exactly as I got them. I ended up paying for return shipping to get them back, otherwise I would’ve been out the money and the product!
