Nationwide Children's Hospital — Local services in Washington Township

My family has utilized the Dublin location for a few years as needed and from subpar care (a provider walking out of the room WHILE I was speaking to him about my child) and the most unorganized billing (nearly every visit is billed incorrectly or not even submitted to insurance) and you have to hound them to fix it. I have pending visits from over 13 months ago and I seem to be the only one doing anything to help get it resolved. Has to be the worst children’s hospital I’ve come across in this country. From absolute gross neglect to employees having an utter God complex. Or the fact staff can not read a chart, overdose and flatline a child and the hospital doesn’t do anything to the staff.
