I recently brought my vehicle to Rossi Chevrolet for service, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. The service advisor took the time to listen to my concerns and clearly explained the process, ensuring I felt confident about the work being done.

The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax while my car was being serviced. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they completed the work without compromising quality. When I picked up my car, everything was done perfectly. The only suggestion I would make is to ask customers if they would like a complementary car wash during the visit. That would take the experience to a whole other level!

It's clear that the team at Rossi Chevrolet values their customers and takes pride in their work. I left feeling like my car was in excellent hands, and I'll definitely be returning for any future needs....

Just brought my truck in for an oil change and they did it really fast so that was appreciated. But every time I go to leave they try to charge me even with having the Gm service package. It never seems to show up. The other times it happened they fixed it and apologized for the inconvenience. But this time they made me feel like I was crazy for even suggesting I had the service package. The person behind the counter just handed it off to another person who then walked out into the car drop off area.I Stood by the desk for like 5 min with know one saying anything. After multiple visits over approx 3 years of the issue "unable to be duplicated" with no resolution, finally got the issue resolved. Had to actually go and take the technician in the car after it was there for weeks in order for the issue to be diagnosed and fixed. Unfortunately, this happened to resolve other issues as well.
