My first time visiting this location was yesterday. They were out of power due to a recent storm. I asked an employee if they were compensating people with a $4 card who were inconvenienced by the location being closed. The employee said they were unaware of anything like that for the affected customers and that was the end of that conversation. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this location again.
Update Despite my "I will not be visiting this location again" comment, I did, in fact, for roughly one month. The manager never compensated me for the aformentioned problem, but corporate picked up the slack.
Nearly every day, for the past month of visiting this location, the coffee is made incorrectly. I go 2x a day. I have tipped them and been kind to staff, expecting a coffee with 4 ingredients to be made correctly. It's hard to lose faith, but this is certainly an instance. The customer experience has pushed me closer to investing in my own machine, so it can be made correctly and without wasting more time of my day having staff remake it. Read moreAlways good service and good coffee Except today. Coffee still the best but we ordered the xmas blend and even when challenged they still wanted to charge us $5 for a grande cup Insisted that was the price. Changed our mind and ordered three regular grande coffee and left. On the way home we checked and ordered the xmas blend on the app and the price was 2.95. Same as a regular cup of coffee. When we called the store we were thanked for pointing out the error at the time it happened. Shame that the two or three employees that heard this happening did not step up and fix the error. Probably been drinking Starbucks since 1994 in New York city. This is only the second time I have felt the need to write something negative. This store/employees are not good...

So yeah, I technically got my Venti… but mostly in...
