Breakthru Beverage — Local services in Washington

Absolutely horrible customer service, completely incompetent business. Delivery drivers 3 consecutive times state they cannot make the delivery as the business was closed. Business was open, lights on doors unlocked and after multiple calls, it is impossible to get in touch with anyone or a resolution to the problem. These people simply don't care. No attempts are made to rectify the situation, nor do they admit any fault whatsoever.

I will never do business with this horrible operation again. I am taking all of my alcohol orders to Republic National and Southern Glazers.

The address says 2800 V St NE, however when u get to V St, the brown building is across the street from budweiser and you need to drive down to the end of the lot. Bell is located on last dock outside on the wall. The people are somewhat friendly and overly playful. I don't know if it was because of sort and tagging however I'm 3 hrs into this load.
