Its okay for basic needs like the bank. But the parking situation leave much to be desired. You go into the bank for one second over 15 minutes and they well charge you for parking. I left work at 415 Parked at 430 left by 446 and got charge 4 dollars. In an empty garage? And 15 minutes is free. I was so close to 15 minutes my car still said 445. Also the other place seems like a doctors office so its a bit bad practice to be penny pinching. At some point you have to recognize its D.C there are hundred of the same stores, I will drive to MD or park on the street before I ever set foot in that lot again.

Lots of construction going on so hope it's something new and fun. Construction Workers are very careful and keeping it so clean in how they are managing all the construction work and are very friendly. Lots of stores gone. Would love to see it get busy again. Has huge potential in an area with lots of peopke but little shopping offerings. Maybe lower rent would attract artisan and small businesses. Lots of parking spaces for medical offices but the handicap entrances are terrible. There is one one the roof of the parking garage that has button on the wall after you step up open a curb (no ramp for wheelchairs, rollators, or scooters) for the automatic door that is down a steep flight of stairs. The one accessible from the ground floor handicap parking area is hidden behind a broken door with a rickety lumbering dumbwaiter-style lift but no automatic door openers at either end to get in and out...
