Capital Tan — Local services in Washington

A few weeks ago , I had an event to attend and realized that I had the scariest ' not tan' legs that I'd seen in forever. Last minute, I texted Capital Cryro / Capital Tan and asked if they had a spot for me on a Sunday AM. I work all weekend days and had limited options. VOILA! I heard back almost immediately and they invited me to the Bethesda location to catch a spray tan. I was very happy with the tanning service and while there tried the Cryro treatment for my ailing knee! I left feeling healthier and looking incredibly improved. Since then , I have visited the Foxhall location where Liz ( tan goddess ) also serves clientele. So happy again today that I bought a ' tan package' to spare friends from the horror of my very untanned legs and to ensure I look my best in summer clothing. This studio offers many other services I'd like to try. But for now. if you need to look better AND protect your skin from the harmful UV that baking in the Sun comes along with... this is THE place for you! What a fun experience in a professional atmosphere! Liz was wonderful- great service before, during, and after the tan. She is deeply passionate about her work and thoroughly explained the process, products, science, and practical reasons for tanning like this. I am new to DC and it was my first time tanning- she cordially answered all my questions in a delightful manner, which made me feel at ease throughout the process.

The products were not harsh on my skin, I left looking good with no excess product to rub off on clothes, furniture, etc. I followed her directions for post-care of the tan and it has turned out beautifully-even across my body, and as natural looking as a spray tan can be! I love Capital Tan. All of the associates are awesome and willing to help if anything isn't right. I had to go back in due to my spray tan not being as dark as I wanted. The owner is incredible! She looked over me and decided to do a full rapid tan, the one I always get. She took her time and I ended up with an excellent tan! This office is so willing to help with all clients and if something doesn't feel right, they do everything to fix the problem. I will recommend to all friends who like to tan and...
