When you are quoted a price for an order and you pick it up and find out it is $140.00 more and no one calls BEFORE they make the food, and over charge your card. Then when you call you are told, "oh so sorry the girl priced it incorrectly" AND we over charged by accident. So no phone call before you make the order, to say we gave you the incorrect price, do you still want it? And the reason it happened was "we have 20 year olds working here and they don't know how to add." So it is my fault you don't train your staff correctly? My $100.00 mistake because the person who takes care of catering was sick for 2 months (another excuse), my fault you didn't call before making the food when you realized there was an error? Do not quote a job for $400.00, take a $100 deposit and then 4 days later when it is picked up charge an extra 140.00 over the quoted price and your best answer is I'm sorry. Your food is amazing, your management and customer service are horrible. I spoke to you about this. I worked in catering for years, as a caterer the minute you realised the mistake you should have called and asked before you decided to just run someone 100.00 over budget. And making a 40.00 mistake on top of that when charging is ridiculous.

Train your team, teach people how to add. I should not have to pay for your employee and poor business...

We usually buy our macaroni and potato salad from two stores in Milford. It’s a hike just to go for the salads so Today is my first time having the macaroni salad and red skinned potato salad. The macaroni salad is delicious. We were all disappointed in the potato salad. Although the taste is excellent we don’t like our potatoes in big chunks we prefer smaller bite size pieces. To us they taste better We will definitely be back for the macaroni salad If it wasn’t for the very big pieces of potatoes I would have given them 5 stars. I hope to see smaller bite size pieces of potatoes in the salad...
