9/11/25 Had Shazia today. She was great!! I usually get the wedge with layers. Shazia used the number 7 clippers for the bottom back of my head. Then , I usually have the two sides come down on a slant to the front. There are some layers all around the head. The bangs slope to one side of the face and goes down on a slant towards the chin. It cost $19.00 haircut. Washed hair $8.00. I had a senior discount and gave a nice cash tip. It took about 25 minutes to do my hair cut with the wash. Thank you Great Clips for looking at my notes on file for my haircut every time I come in. Thank you! Great job today!

Today 4/3/25 Thursday had Jazmin cut my hair today. I always get the layered wedge haircut. She uses the #7 clippers for the back of the head. Then cuts around the rest of my head with some layers. Jazmin knows how to cut my wavy hair. It’s all over the place but when I go home I put frizz free serum, a little mousse for some height on top of the head. I flat iron the whole head. I style it with a side part on my left side of the head- I sweep it behind my ear. Then, on the right side I leave it with a side sweep on my bangs and leave it covering my ear. I wish I could give a negative review but unfortunately there is no such option. The hairdresser completely messed up my hairline even after giving all instruction and written instruction they have in their system. She doesn't know how to handle the scissors and or how to cut the hairs. instead of trimming the hairs on the sides she completely removed my hairs sideways and then tried to come up with reasoning why she did and the owner also tried salvage the it by cutting some more hairs and explaining me the trend. The hairdresser says I know how it feels when someone mess up your hair, then why did you do at first place. Even after pending 30 minutes you do not know how to cut the hairs then you certainly need to go back to school and take more lessons. At the end the hairdresser still expect me to give the tip?? I wouldn't have given the TIP but that doesn't look good on my end even if you don't know how to do your job. NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN EVEN IF YOU OFFER FREE HAIR CUT...

I've seen some negative reviews about this place, but thought it couldn't be that bad. When I arrived, the two staffers were nice enough, but didn't seem very interested in their work. You just got this vibe that they didn't want to be there and would rather be elsewhere. That might have been the contributing factor to the awful haircut I was given. It was the fastest haircut I've ever had. The "stylist" was using the razor on the back of my head going LEFT TO RIGHT. I've never had that type of cut before, but it predictably turned out bad. When she was done, I had to ask her to cut an area that I could see in the mirror that she hadn't even touched! I ended up having someone I know and trust to fix this sloppy haircut. Not worth the $15 (+ tip) to get your hairs cut here. The staff are clearly in it for a paycheck and don't care about their work. I'll never go to this...
