I have not been to this location in a while, my last visit was less than satisfactory. I was there on Saturday evening 5/18/2019 with my daughter for an after shopping bite. I really was not keen on going there because of waiting times and poor service in the past, but wow was I surprised. Our Server Andy was not only welcoming and attentive, with a good attitude, but he made us feel valued. He asked if we were waiting long, and if we had any time restraints! Can you believe that? Hello people this is what I am talking about! Take a second and get to know your customer. It's not often that a server gets my attention for the right reasons. I mentioned that I was doing the Keto Diet and he wowed the socks off me... This young man not only knew about the diet and what I could and could not have he made substitutions for what I could not have and great recommendations. Our water was brought out and he took the time to ask me if I wanted it with ice or without and if I wanted lemon. He said that when he diets adding lemon to the water gives it a refreshing taste. He is right, I often carry extra lemon juice packets in my bag. He took the time to find out the carb counts on some of the menu items and even recommend a drink, I like Jack and diet 7-up, boo for not carrying any, but Andy did point out that Rum has no carbs and quickly came to rescue with a diet Cuba Libre! Rum and Diet Pepsi with lemon! I can't say how disappointing it can be to go out to eat while on a restrictive diet; but Andy had us covered with his "never fear Andy's here attitude". That kid is definitely going places fast, I only hope he sticks around there for a while, because I will not only be going back to that location but I will definitely be posting this review on my Keto Facebook Group page and other social media pages. It's not everyday that you eat at a chain restaurant and are greeted and treated so well. I have had dinner at fine dinning establishments and had less than satisfactory service. His over all team player attitude was refreshing, while there someone at another table spilled a drink, without missing a beat, he sat our drinks down for us and cleaned up the spill before the server to that table even had a chance. I remember my old server days and let's face it no one is ever willing to help clean up a mess, and he was like so positive with his no worries, I got you approach. I know I will definitely be back to see Andy at Buffalo Wild Wings soon. Nice going...
Read moreBWW MGMT, My husband and I were in your establishment tonight, 10.18 around 930 PM or so. Before I begin my compliant, I would like to shout out to our waitress whose name I actually didn't get, forgive me. She was super attentive and cared for us well. Why then did I not get her name? Because of the party of roughly 4 adults who allowed their 3-4 children run RAMPANT throughout the entire restaurant for at least the hour or more we were there. But let's not stop there because the running, turned to climbing with an occasion game of hide n seek! All while screaming to the top of their lungs! While not a quiet sit down restaurant, you do not visit an establishment to pay for screaming bratty children who are being encouraged by their willfully ignorant parents. Because let's be honest, IT WAS A COMPLETE DISPLAY OF PRIVILEGE REARING ITS UGLY HEAD! Had it been ANY other demographic of people, that kind of behavior who not have been tolerated! Oh so why didn't you bring it to the manager's attention....I DID! And Chai played just as willfully ignorant short of brushed me off and said it was nothing he could do. This was even after I pointed out the hazardous conditions that parties' behavior was putting his employees in by dodging in and out of their path while they're holding food and dishes! THIS MAN COULDN'T CARE LESS! He was expecting his employees to enforce rules not even himself as a "MaNaGeR" is willing to uphold?! I even said, those very same people allowing their children to run amok will be the very same people to sue if an accident, they caused, occurs. Again, totally UNPHASED! He seemed more bothered by our pointing out the obviously than the playground jungle gym circus situation taking place in the midst of his restaurant. So, BWW MGMT, this cannot be the first occurrence if they felt so comfortable to make an ENTIRE restaurant full of paying customers and dedicated staff so very uncomfortable without thought of consequence. OH and let's not forget to mention, one of the spawns was snoting and coughing ALL OVER THE PLACE! I know I'm just one customer (who in all honesty probably won't be back) but if you care anything for your employees who you need to operate your place, you'd put a stop to this! Or at least hire managers...
Read moreI had the absolute worst experience here...when me & my fiancée around 5pm entered there was no host to get us. When he finally came to the front we said hello he said nothing he didn't even ask if more people will be joining us he just started walking. So we followed he threw the menus on the table and walked away. Wanted to speak the manager but decided I would wait until after we ate. As we waited to be greeted by our waitress I watched the host walking around the restaurant with no energy he never stayed at the front. Whe the waitress came over she asked if we wanted something to drink we replayed with a not yet. She walked with not offering us water or anything. When she finally came back we put in our drink orders and appetizer...when the drinks and appetizer came out we order our main dishes. We order guacamole and chips we had more chips than guacamole. The guacamole had more pico de gallo than guacamole...it was horrible. My fiancée didn't like the taste of her drink...so we waited for our waitress to come check on us so we can order something different. She never came we waited 10mins before another staff person called her to check on us. She finally came over took the drink asked what dipping sauce...when she came back with our food we had no carrots or celery. She brought my fiancée drink and we ate our food...the waitress NEVER checked on the whole time we were there and no they were not busy. The restaurant was basically empty the entire we were eating ...it didn't started filling up we were done eat. When she came over after sitting there waiting for us she said ready for the bill...didn't ask if we wanted dessert or another drink. So we just looked at each and said please the bill and boxes as we had some wings left...we also as for carrots as we never got them.with our meal. This was an absolute worst experience I ever had eating a Buffalo Wild Wings...we were so done and frustrated didn't even want to speak with the manager we just ready to go.
