I ordered my regular tall size coffee that was supposed to be extra wet. Since it wouldn’t have much foam, I saw the amount of coffee that was there in my cup. MY TALL CUP HAD JUST HALF CUP COFFEE! Why should I pay full price for a half cup coffee. Also, it’s not cheap, it was $6.5! The other fact that I didn not like was that I was standing there waiting for my coffee, it was kept on the countertop and they didn not call out. I was standing with my kid for almost 10mins and the reps there were looking at me standing there waiting for my coffee. A common courtesy would be to let me know that my coffee is ready. There was no one else other than me in that store, so it was not like they had a lot of customers or they were busy doing something, they were literally standing there talking to each other! Very unprofessional and never going back to that store again. I am regular at Starbucks but will never go to watchung target...
Read moreThe food wasn’t bad or anything, the only problem was that there were 3 employes working 1/3 was actually working he was a man and definitely needs a raise he was quick and got the job done definitely needs a raise, but there were 2 women 1 was upfront and the other had just arrived and then they both went to the back and they were chatting it up and laughing while the poor guy was actually doing his job, worst part of all this was that they were tons of people in line and they started leaving since the service was slow since 1/3 employees were actually doing the job, maybe I’m missing something or Im wrong, but I’m assuming that if your clocking in to work you’ll actually do your job, but props to the guy for actually doing his job feel...
Read moreI recently visited Starbucks in Watchung yes the one that just opened, had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a dragon fruit drink, but when I got to the window, the barista handed me a mango drink instead. She told me it was “the same” because they were out of one of the ingredients, but I should have been informed about that when I placed my order at the drive-through. I should have had the option to decide if I still wanted it or not.
