WHAT A JOKE OF A LOCATION!!!!

I placed an order for a doctor's office through EZCater, which was accepted, confirmed, and then confirmed AGAIN the day of.

I get to my BUSINESS lunch with no food... I said to myself, ok, not cool, but maybe they're on their way. I called EZCater to only be told (when they were almost 30 minutes late) that they spoke to someone at HBH to be told that "they are no longer able to provide the order". That's it. No apology, no explanation... they didn't even try. Even though EZCater made it right.. it wasn't their fault at all.

Do you know how that made me look to the doctor and his staff that I support? And for my first time meeting them? Thank goodness they were a gracious bunch and ordered something locally.

I know that customer service has taken a toll since the pandemic, but this is the worst I've seen... complete disregard, non apologetic, and...

Horrible!!! I called early in the week of Thanksgiving to make sure I didn't have to reserve or order ahead for the Turkey breast. They advised me that they have plenty and "no need to reserve or order ahead, just walk in and we'll have it". Well when I got there mid day the day before the holiday I had to wait in a long line outside for about 20 minutes to find out that they do not sell the breast without reservations or preordering ahead of time. Gaving me false information and so I will never attempt to make a purchase from The Baked Gam Company again just because I was misled and wasted my time driving the 30 minutes each way, waiting for 20 minutes in the cold, as well as having to scramble to find another main course option for my Thanksgiving dinner. Very annoyed! so make sure you order and pay...

Horribly organized pre-paid pickup on Christmas Eve. The prepaid pickup line was a 1-2.5 hour wait and the boneless hams weren’t available (even when you had a confirmation) as we were waiting for a midday shipment from Connecticut. The walk up lines were serviced more quickly than those who had paid online in advance. It was poor leadership and this store was grossly underprepared. Many customers abandoned their orders to go to Edison where there was no line. The manager made 1 announcement about potentially calling the cops and then was no where to be found. There were no updates on the wait time or if our food was even in stock. 0 stars do...
