Long post alert!! Great experience from this location! Travis went out of his way for me and my daughter. My daughter was really excited about getting a bed and the day we picked one out Travis 's drivers had the day off. So he agreed to deliver it himself after he closed the store. No one would normally do this right? So as we are paying i tell him i also need a different size frame as well because my frame had broke. No problem he has it in stock, so great. He shows up and miscommunication he doesnt have my daughters frame for her bed but has mine but will go back and grab one. He leaves and comes back and tells me he has bad news and good news. Bad news he doesn't have it in stock in water valley; good news its in oxford and he is going to go get it and bring it back. So 2 hrs later here he is (remind you way past hours at this point and in his own personal vehicle) with my daughters frame so she can sleep in her own big girl bed. When I tell you this man went out of his way for us, i mean he went way out of his way when he didn't have to. If i could give you 10 stars i would! Hands down best furniture and appliance...

I was pleasantly surprised at the variety and quality of furniture that was there the day I went in to look. I was actually on my way to Oxford to purchase some bedroom furniture for my sister, but had heard about Russell's via a friend. I never made it to Oxford, found what I needed there. Also, since I was in WV for only a few days, they stepped to the plate and delivered it before I left. After making it back to the East Coast, I purchased an additional piece over the phone. I bought a recliner here right at the same time the store family experienced a death.The chair had come unstitched in the seat. They came out took a picture and got me a NEW chair! Customer service outstanding particularly considering all the changes the family and business are going through. I was so impressed I bought my bed there the same day I found out I got a new chair.
