Sweet mamas pays homage to the new jersey diner with our version of egg and cheese on a roll. Jersey torpedo roll butter bathed and grilled golden and schmeared with sweet mamas homemade preserves of the day. Loaded with diner's choice of country sausage or breakfast bacon, cheesy scrambled eggs and a hot shot of valentina hot sauce.

Comes with sweet mamas from scratch, fresh fruit preserves of the day. **The eggs we use for sweet mamas breakfast are american humane certified which means that these eggs are sourced from farms which follow strict standards regarding the well-being of the hens.
