If you have to buy and appliance, consider financing it from a different location. Unorganized and shady. My refrigerator recently died, and like most working class citizens, I didn't have over $1000 to spare at a time. Signed on to a lease agreement after negotiations were met on a refrigerator. I ended up having to deal with the Store Sales Manager (who I might add is probably the only one reasonable and customer oriented) as the sales staff seemed to be grossly uneducated on how to speak to customers. What proceeded was nothing less than unprofessional. During our lease signing, we had expressed to the manager that our intent was to have the refrigerator payed off within their 3 month time-frame so that it was "same as cash". He understood what we wanted and agreed that it would be a simple process to make payments. This was far from true. Upon calling the Aarons location I spoke to a sales rep there that had no clue how to look up lease agreements and was very difficult to understand on the phone. When he finally found someone to help us- after several minutes on hold, they told me that the manager would have to call me back because their pricing needed to be overridden by the DSM. This was not explained to us upon signing of our lease agreement, so I did not feel comfortable making a payment in store without knowing my balance. (this occurred a few times) I proceeded to call the customer service number and they were most helpful!! Upon completion of payment of my contract, I then spoke to another sales rep requesting my ownership paperwork to eliminate any future headaches. I was assured I would receive them by that sales rep same day- but after having to call customer service....yet again.... I got them the next day. Here's the catch with Aarons- they make you provide 4-5 references upon lease agreement signing. I named my uncle as a reference, and he has now been receiving letters from Aarons stating that he has an unpaid balance with a completely different Agreement number on a lease that he has never held with Aarons with the exact amount that my contract showed was owed after initial payment. Something fishy seems to be going on at this location (possibly inputting sales twice to make their numbers look better). Regardless, I wouldn't discourage you from using Aarons as a company if you are in a similar situation with a necessity, but I would strongly encourage you to avoid...

I worked here when I was 18 and bought many furniture from Aaronās throughout the years but dealing with the current staff is a nightmare. I ordered a sofa that by many people that been in my house stated that it will fit perfectly but the delivery person said no - however my daughter heard one of them telling the other one to say that because was a Friday at 8PM and he wanted to go home, then I went to the store and looked around and was not approached by anyone because they were talking about their relationships and didnāt even cared about any customers at the store (I was the only one with my daughter) also listening to Bad Bunny - not an appropriate music for a business in where parents can walk in at any time with minors. You will think that I was done with that but no. I was charged for something I didnāt received, when I called was told I was all set and took over a week for my refund and no - not because of my bank. Then I started receiving emails and calls stating that I was behind on my payment (every day) I chose to ignored them because I couldnāt believe how bad they were and then finally I answered and the woman on the phone thinking she was smart stated that I never dealt with her after I expressed my frustration about everything that happened stating that she was going to fix my account ONCE AGAIN - apparently she didnāt read anything before calling me because as soon as I said that she was calling for a couch I never got delivered she didnāt took no time to verify it but had to say a comment about me never speaking to her - what you donāt review accounts prior to calling???? Hopefully Aaronās clean house soon because with this staff I see the store closing soon. No one ever knows anything when you call or are charging and harassing people for furniture that wasnāt even...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is disgusting. They are extremely unprofessional. Last November I rented a sofa set from them and it came in broken with a hole in it. I called the store while the men where still delivering the set and they managed to negotiate with me. They told me I would only pay $2000 in total. I know it sounds crazy to pay $2000 for a broken sofa but Iām a single mother and it was close to Christmas and could only afford to take one out on credit so I agreed. I wanted my kids to have a place to sit for Christmas. A couple of months later I ordered a washer and dryer. The set had roaches coming out of it. I immediately called and asked them to come take it because I have no roaches in my home. They made me wait almost 2 weeks to pick it up. And I kept finding roaches. Now a couple weeks ago I look at my account. Iām almost $300 short of paying the $2000 we agreed on and it says on my account I owe $4000 in total. I called to ask about our agreement and the manager explained that the price was only valid for the first 3 months. As you could expect I was very disappointed because that was not explained to me when I agreed to the price. Had I known I would have cancelled the order. I understand now I should have known better but I feel I was taken advantage of. I paid almost over $1800 for a sofa that was damaged from day one and is also not mine. To top it off I asked them to take it because I wonāt continue to pay for the sofa. They asked me a time to come and I told them 3-7. They came the next day at 11 in the morning. I told them thatās not the time I agreed upon. They then agreed to come today between 3-7 and made me wait the entire day and did not show up. Iāve been calling back to back for 10 minutes straight and no one picks up. This place is a mess and should not be allowed to run business...
