This is by far, the WORST Aldi's I have EVER step foot in. This is not my usual location but needed a few things so I had to stop here. This is the part where Jesus needs to take the wheel. First, as soon as I walked in, I saw boxes and products EVERYWHERE. It was a mess. The people let there children walk about UNATTENDED. I've never seen such chaos. People just don't care if they drop something, creating more work for the staff. The positioning of the aisles is SO HORRIBLE-girl, I can't even tell you. On the frozen aisle, the aisle on the left with Frozen stuff, they attempted to create more than one aisle and it was a catastrophe. No space to turn around, nope you gotta go through the entire aisle if you need to exit. Second, it was FILTHY. I should have taken photos but I was too busy managing my way through the multiple carts clogging up the aisles. Let me tell ya, there was BLACK dirt/mud/grease ALL OVER the entire store. That's gotta be some type of hazard. Products were thrown about, children we're running, carts we're colliding, I was annoyed. Lastly, IT IS LAWLESS IN THERE. I'm telling the truth here!! IT WAS LIKE HUNGER GAMES AND I HAD TO COMPETE FOR A WAY TO THE END. EVERY MAN FOR THEMSELF. Not to mention, the place was UNDERSTAFFED. I saw 3 employees trying to handle 3 VERY LARGE lines of customers. I'm talking over 10 people in EACH LINE. The staff, desperate to finish their shifts, hurry to finish at the register. I feel so bad for them. They don't deserve that treachery. I love Aldi's, but this was TERRIBLE. I expect more from Aldi's. Completely unacceptable. Again, at least the staff...

I frequent Aldi, with going three times this week alone. Todayâs experience was by far the worse.
It started when the carts were all stuck together. One customer went in and asked for help as we all waited. The staff member came out and helped us with the carts however my wheel was broken. I asked him to help me get another cart when he touched the cart then said âit still rollsâ then pointed at the other stuck ones and said âyou can switch it out if you wantâ then walked away.
One white lady walking up to the carts asked if I needed her to help me because she saw how rude the worker was.
I blew it off then went on shopping.
The cashier, Jesus (today is March 8th, 2025), greeted all the customers and engaged in small talk with them, until it got to me. He did not even make eye contact and at the end of the transaction, I said thank you very much and he gave a blank stare and shoved the cart of the way for me to put the empty cart.
I donât usually have my bags but today I did. I stood close to the register just listening and to my surprise, Jesus and the white lady who was next in line were having a full blown conversation about things in her cart. He even offered up personal information about his diet and the fact that he didnât like the smell of the bread sheâs buying but then liked the taste. Jesus was all giggly and conversational with greeting and salutations with everyone immediately before and after me who all were white.
I have had uncomfortable feelings coming here but today solidified that all. Itâs hard to say that...
Read moreHi everyone. Iâm sharing my review during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic.
I went to the Aldi store in Reidville Dr. on Sunday May 10, 2020. The store was clean, the shelves were well stocked and very neat. There were signage for directions and how far apart you should be from one customer to the next but...
I didnât see anyone in the store practicing social distancing until they got to the registers. Many employees werenât wearing their masks properly. There werenât any cart wipes. I was met with a shrug when I asked for one. The cashier sitting at the register wasnât kind at all. Maybe it was the stress of working during this time, maybe she wanted to stay home and celebrate Motherâs Day. I donât know. It affects people when theyâre being polite and you can tell theyâre smiling at you and all you do is scan the items and throw them into the cart. Yes, I did not have the same cart as I came in with, which was a surprise since there was an email message stating what the company is doing in response to the pandemic and to stop the spread of the...
