If you have read my post on the Waterbury Public Library, then you already know that I am a huge lover of books. It will then come as no surprise that this is another one of my favorite places. I have been here many times and I have even tried to "stump" them a few times in mentioning a book that they are not familiar with. I have lost this content time and time again. So it just goes to show the level of experience and expertise and knowledge that they have at Bridgeside Books. They have a great selection of books-including a rather impressive Vermont Section (Vermont Authors, Vermont History, Vermont almost anything you may need or want). And if you are looking for something that they don't have, their ability to get it for you is another pleasant surprise. They can even gift wrap for you year 'round! I cannot say enough great things about this bookstore and their staff. The bookstore itself is cozy and has everything you could imagine wanting from your next book adventure to a cozy stuffed animal and tea to curl up with or your next craft or puzzle. If I had a million dollars I would probably spend it all here. The staff are absolutely wonderful as well. I have gone in there saying “hmm I liked this book and wanted something with a similar vibe”.
