Kathy, the owner of the Bargain Boutique is a very nice lady with a ready smile and is always happy to help you find what you are looking for, even if it doesn't happen to be in her shop. The name of the shop really says it all. The first time I went there, I had just moved to Waterbury and needed more clothes as I was sadly lacking. I walked out with 2 pairs of very-well-known name brand shorts, 4 T-shirts that I doubt had ever been worn, and a pair of jeans that were also a name brand and were very close to new looking.
