US Furniture & Mattress — Local services in Waterbury

I went to this furniture store looking to buy brand new furniture ( living room and two bedroom sets) dropped over 6 grand fully paid and this one guy in particular who considers himself a sales associate by the name of Miguel Hernandez attended me. Long story short, once all was said and done he says to me he has a few pillows for me on the house. Looks in the back and doesn’t see any in stock and tells me he ordered a few and he would call me when the pillows arrive. ( by the way these pillows where for my daughter bedroom set. I would’ve just paid for them if i knew this guy was gonna take me for a ride) i come by, he tells me they haven’t arrived and tells me he would call me yet again. Skip to the end i go back to the store a month and s half later with intentions to speak to the owner. He happens to be there, I explain. He tells me to walk with him down to the warehouse right around the corner from the business!!! The whole time this guy was only interested in getting the sale. Once i paid for it in full, he began to treat me as if i were a pest. I honestly don’t think you should be in the customer service business. find a new profession. I actually love how professional the owner and father treated me. But this guy!! He’s a piece of work. You guys need better help cause this dude pretends to be a gentleman but all he cares about is getting sales under his belt. Besides that, great business. I would recommend...

I’m not ever the type to leave a review so when I tell you I had to go out my way to leave this review , I walked in This store so undecided on what I was really looking for . And left the happiest customer that probably ever walked out this store . 1 . I was greeted by every associate with a smile Everyone of my questions was answered honestly . Their patience with me was remarkable, I kept apologizing for changing my mind so much , they said sweetie you are the one who is buying this furniture you have to make sure you are happy with we can try to sell you anything and give you ideas but only you can choice what makes your home your home . That meant a lot to me . 4 while in the store another customer walked in the door and said he personally had to come back to the store to thank the manager because his service was amazing from the walk around to the purchase and they delivery, I recommend this place to about 4-6 different people already . The customer service was phenomenal . I want to thank everyone in the store for a very warm welcome and great customer service they all did an amazing job . MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO THE STORE LAST EVENING TO LOOK FOR BEDROOM FURNITURE AND WE FOUND THE PERFECT ONE, THE PROCESS WAS SEAMLESS THE SALESMAN THAT HANDLED MY PURCHASE WAS MIGUEL, HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL, HE TOOK THE TIME TO GRT EVERYTHING DONE, HE PROMISED ME DELIVERY TODAY BETWEEN 10-2 THEN THE DELIVERY PERSON CALLED ME 9:01AM TO ADVISE THEY WOULD BE HERE IN 5 MINUTES!!!! I AM COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY BY THE SERVICE I WAS PROVIDED, FROM BEGINNING TO END, DELIVERY PERSONNEL ARE CURRENTLY ASSEMBLING MY PURCHASE AND THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT REPRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY AS WELL, METICULOUS AND TIDYING UP AND REMOVING PACKAGING SIMULTANEOUSLY, I AM IMPRESSED WITH EVERYTHING!!
