I struggle with IBS and other digestive troubles, so I popped in for some Flaxseeds Grounded up into meal for good fiber that's easy to digest. And mix into salad dressing and other stuff.

Then I spotted a Old Amish Digestion Tonic bottle with 40 shots of tonic, for $12.99, containing a mix of Apple cider vinegar, ginger juice and garlic. I usually avoid garlic, as it can be an issue sometimes. But I am optimistic about this tonic. Hopefully it will help unblocked trapped wind and get the pipes off my colon flowing with less pains. I will try it and update this review, afterward, to let yah know.

UPDATE 1: October 2025

The digestive tonic works well. Within 20-30 mins your tummy will feel better. And it is easy to take with you, wherever you go. Generally I keep it in the Fridge, but on the go, pop it into a bag to take out and about. It doesn't seem to spoil at room temperature. Nice.

Today, I came back and bought some colostrum supplements along with colostrum and collagen supplements. Hope these help too. Will update this...

Same as other two , made me feel like I was bothering them more than anything , I didn't come in dressed the best , and just had the impression that maybe my money wasn't good enough - and had plenty of money . Again a yr later , they're still the same , went in and asked for hormone support or something similar, the old bitty red head , points to a shelf and walks away . I've worked in sales and thats just not how you treat customers. I'm not aski g for any diagnosis but at least ask if I'm looking for weight or mood or something that covers all that stuff . Its not my store so I'm not real sure what I'm looking for . Just very unfriendly, and yes I had my work boots on and not my expensive clothes . Im sure my boots cost more than anyone elses shoes...
