Little Big Coffee - Drive Thru Coffee — Restaurant in Waterford Township

I really appreciate the local charm of this drive-thru coffee shop, especially when Liz (the owner) is working. She always greets you by name and remembers your usual order — it's that kind of personal touch that makes a place feel special. Her customer service is truly top-notch, and I’ve never had a bad experience when she’s there.

That said, I’ve noticed some inconsistency when other staff are working. On a recent visit, I paid over $9 for a small Frappuccino — which felt unusually high, especially compared to bigger chains. To make it worse, the drink was watery and not quite what I was expecting. It was disappointing to toss half of it, especially at that price. I’ve also noticed the pricing seems to vary slightly from visit to visit.

I absolutely love this little big coffee shop!! Liz and the girls that work there are all amazing and know how to make your mediocre day into an amazingly delicious one filled with the taste of the best coffee around! I really enjoy the Raspberry White Truffle Latte, the big names we all know have nothing on the flavor and smoothness of the cofffee they use here and that’s how you know Liz cares about her customers! I love this little coffee shop! I’ve just about had everything on the menu at this point and I enjoy them all! they offer specials quite often! There was one day in particular I could not decide what I wanted, I wanted to spice things up and try something new so the barista Bailey who was very sweet and bubbly offered to surprise me with a drink. She took the time to ask me which flavors I liked and didn’t like. She ended up making me a blended s’mores latte…. IT WAS AMAZING 😻 10/10 recommend...
