My girlfriend and I had been going to the bin store for months, we always loved going on saturdays until this last Saturday. We went in and I found a flower pot that I really like and went back to have them open it up to make sure it wasn’t broken. The lady opened up the flower pot vase and it was perfect, I had been looking for one like this for awhile! The lady then said she was going to talk to a lady at the front to see if I could get the flower pot for a cheaper price. When the lady had come back she had grabbed it from my girlfriends hands and said that she was going to take this is put it in the bins next week for somebody else to buy. It did not make any sense at all. I found the vase in the bin and was going to buy it for 7 dollars and then to be taken out of her hands and told that they wouldn’t let me buy it and we’re going to but it in the bin next week for someone else to buy!!?! I went out to my car and was completely devastated. I sat there and then decided to go back in and ask the lady if I could just buy it still for 7 dollars and she proceeded to tell me that there was nothing she could do about it. So completely unfair for a business to do this. To take something away from me that I had found just so they could put it in the bin next week for someone else to buy?? I was very very upset and will not be doing business there anymore. Very disappointed in this store for doing that...
Read moreI stopped it to the store one day and found some killer deals. When I went to pay for my stuff a guy who said he was the "Regional Manager", told me he could not sell me my items because it was against federal law " without opening or knowing what was in the package". I was a little mad but paid for my stuff and continued on my way. Later that day I decided to look up why it was against the law. Come to find out it was perfectly legal and he must not be a lawyer. I then got in touch with the store manager and she felt embarrassed that any employee would act that way without knowing what was right or wrong. She then told me the truth about why the company recommends not selling the public products like this and it makes perfect sense from a business standpoint. All it would have taken is a little communication between the employee and customer and everyone would have been happy. But no worries the store manager Toni took care of me and made things right. It was because of this, this review is a 5 star and not a 1. Thanks again Toni and have a...
Read moreNot impressed with the quality of the items. I purchased a grab bag for $10.00 and it was literally trash. I opened the bag after I purchased it while still in the parking lot.Immediately I was disgusted and walked in to the store. There was a cold weather beanie in the bag that had mouse droppings, urine and several holes. A few rolled up cheap posters, broken plastic pieces, a canvas that was torn, rolls of receipt paper and a few more junk items. I spoke with the employee at the door. She saw the mess and pointed to the wall that there are no returns or refunds. I understood that a grab bag is a surprise and you don’t know what you will get, but this? Who sells trash and feces? Why would they knowingly put mouse poop and mouse eaten stuff in a bag and sell it? What kind of business people are ok with this? I left with the bag and threw it away. The other items purchased were thrown away today because they did not work correctly. I will not be back!! I also recommend other stores that have...
