Walgreens — Local services in Waterloo

It has taken them almost a week to fill prescriptions for me and my child, and those medications are ones that can have withdrawl symptoms and have to titrate off of. I even ran out of mine. I understood for certain ones that have a so call shortage. Now when I call about the medication that has the shortage to see if I can send my script to that phamacy they cannot provide that information over the phone, which they have done numerours times before. Was in line behind three cars and waited 10 min to pick up medication, the cars ahead of me all received their prescriptions BUT as soon as I pulled up they put a sign on the window I guess because it was 11:01 the pharmacist took lunch. They couldn’t even acknowledge that I was in the drive-through or even Said that they were sorry that the pharmacist had left . It was extremely rude and...

Slow, slow, slow. I was the only person in the store in the middle of the day, with at least 3 employees standing around. Took 5 minutes for someone to notice me, then a few more to get the register to work and check me out. I had 2 small items. No apology for the wait.
