Subway — Restaurant in Waterloo

This place was horrible! Do not waste your money there!! My husband and I are both big subway fans but the Waterloo one is the worst one I've ever been to!!! None of the food was fresh, the lettuce was turning brown, The spinach was old and starting to turn dark green and slimy. They only put one small handful of lettuce in my salad and very little amount of toppings. I even had to ask for more lettuce and they still just gave me a small amount. When the salad was complete with lettuce , spinach, cucumber, tomato, green pepper, meat, cheese, black olives and banana pepper it was still only a half a bowl full! It was definitely not worth the seven dollars I paid for it like I normally do at other Subways. Also the meat on my husband's cold cut combo was brown and the bread was hard (it wasn't toasted, so no excuse). And they did not even have croutons or crackers for the salad. It was the worst subway experience I've ever had and will definitely never go...

We are HUGE Subway fans! Been to many throughout the states several times. Waterloo is the worst! From refusing our call in orders twice, smearing mayo all over someones food that has egg allergy (and did not request mayo on any of our snadwiches). Getting orders confused with others in line, dirty, unsanitary workers who seem like they dont care of even comprehend basic counter skills, to letting people stand in line to wait to order and THEN telling them it is cash only due to computer issue with no apologies. Nasty hair in our food, employees eating and drinking right behind the counter, which looks like it has not been cleaned in days.The list goes on. All this in a few months time period. This establishment obviously lacks proper management and training. Or they dont care. This WAS a great place at one time....

This was my first time at the Waterloo Subway and I was very disappointed in the service. Morgan served me and she was very rude and pushy the entire time. I asked her if I could have a minute to decide what I wanted and she asked me 3 times, within 1 minute, what bread I wanted. She does not have good customer service skills. I hope my next experience...
