Went in to upgrade phones with my wife. We have extremely outdated devices and our customer service rep was so cold and unwelcoming. We were greeted with a blank stare and a "what brings you in?" I understand we all have bad days, and things are happening behind the scenes in our personal lives, but the whole interaction felt extremely unwelcoming and cold. We did get new phones and didn't have to pay an exorbitant amount out the door so that is the reason for the couple stars. It felt like Debby had zero customer service skills despite mentioning being there for 5 years after trying to spark something in coversation. She made our phone color choices for us (never gave us options), sat there silent with a blank look on her face during the entire sit down/activation portion, and just made the fun experience of upgrading our phones, pretty mundane and empty feeling. The other associate seemed super nice and friendly and we would have gladly worked with him. If I ever need to visit this store again I will wait for any other employee...

I had the manager Mariah , who was supposed to shut my Internet off and she shut my phone off. It took me all day to get my phone back on. My old phone was five years old and he was able to easily transfer all of my contacts, pictures, files, and information without missing a beat. Some of my information was encrypted and he was able to find a solution to transfer it. He wasn't going to back down from a challenge and satisfied me and his intellect.
