I just had an unpleasant situation at this coffee shop October 27th at around 10:30am. I asked for an expresso and forgot to buy the coffee with it, I got back in line to buy the coffee and asked the girl if she could add my expresso to the coffee. The little girl working behind the counter handed me the tiny cup the expresso cup comes in with coffee added in it. I noticed the cup was not the regular size I purchased and I brought it up to the man working there. The man checked my order and I watched his face go from confusion to “oh crap” really quick. When I purchased the coffee I was charged for a latte, which is more expensive. The man ended up refunding my coffee and made it on the house. I did not ask for a free coffee and I would have been more than happy to pay for it. He handled the situation professionally and I am grateful he was able to fix the order. As for the little girl that works there she would not look me in the face once I figured out what happened and there was no apology. Due to this, I will never buy anything from here again.
