I went in knowing I had to wear my mask but others in my party chose not to so they waited outside, I ordered my food and just casually waited for our food, so then I noticed that a boy in the back preparing my food had his mask below his mouth, another worker had it over his mouth but not over the nose which wasn't a problem to me, so then I asked if the front cashier woman was the manager, and kindly asked her why she wouldn't take our order/serve us without a mask but while the boy, preparing our food didn't have his mask on appropriately, I then said that I shouldn't even take the food for a reason so subtle and then left, so as in the parking lot I discussed this with the person that decided to leave and then noticed the manager staring at me like she didn't have her job to do, so then the 2 workers, the manager and the maskless worker then began to harass me for the point I made, bottom line is, I'm making a point that if ur policy says to not serve a maskless customer, why then can they have someone preparing my food without a mask!!! I was called some very strong cusses and did not retaliate, but for this reason, I feel bad for the lovely town of Watertown that they have such a low grade burger King with a review of 2.6, if I saw that before I went through this sharade of disrespect, I would have never been there, lessons learned through life r a great way to help out businesses in the future, I wish I can say the opposite but this is one that will scar me for the rest of my life, I hope this helps to better the business of the king of burgers but this really should open the eyes of the...
Read moreUpdate 9/2022 - has been much more smooth recently. I will give them credit for improving both the look and service of the restaurant.
Update: I have never seen a more dysfunctional restaurant. The signs at the drive thru are falling down. The restaurant takes orders through the app, only to tell you there isn't any food. I ordered an impossible whopper, French fries, and a milkshake. My delivery driver had to call me to inform me they are out of everything. EVERYTHING. How can a store function like this? I enjoy burger King but this franchisee is the biggest disaster I have ever seen.
I'm not really sure that I've ever had an entirely smooth process at any burger king. This time, I ordered on the app to expedite the process. I got to the drive thru and they informed me they were all out of every kind of chicken, French fries, and milkshakes. They replaced the French fries with onion rings (which I suppose would have been good if I ate onion rings) but it still took me 15 minutes to get through the drive thru when there was only two cars ahead of me. They're very nice employees but I don't really understand how you can be out of...
Read moreWent to pick up dinner for my wife and I. Took longer than normal I thought to have my order taken, with no line. When I came around to pick up there were two cars ahead of me. Their wait seemed long, given the amount of items I saw passed over to them. When I finally got to window I waited over 5 minutes. While I could hear the employees having personal conversations and just to me, sounded like they were being unproductive instead of focusing on their job. When I finally got my food I was never given my drinks, I was told I was all set, so my fault for not double checking, but very disappointed with my service. I understand we all have rough days but it didn't seem like there was anyone helping keep the employees (who all seemed younger, but I can't not attest to that specifically because I could not see all the employees) in line and focused on helping customers. I saw people in the store waiting as well. It did not seem that busy in my opinion but you rarely every know the whole story. I will probably still go there from time to time, but definitely makes me want to go elsewhere if that is the service I'm...
