Purchased a brand new laptop for classes, opened laptop up and it failed to install drivers and software. So I asked if they could send it out which they could but they don't know how long it would take for repairs, sending it out would be fine if they had loaners, talked to the store manager who said he didn't have any loaners, so I called back and stated that I can get it repaired and be provided a loaner and they said it was fine to do so, I got the price and called and spoke to Mike who instantly said let me put you on with a manager, so Phil picked up and said that they had loaners but we do not pay to have it fixed via out sourced i stated that didnt even come out of my mouth asking you guys to pay, I called to get permission to have it fixed. Needless to say the communication and lack of listening to customers is poor as is their service, dont wvem get me started on the couch my girlfriend was delivered that was covered in clumps of animal hair and cat piss. Read moreOh where to begin....let’s see. Went to the store to find a piece of furniture we needed, found the one we liked and agreed on. Asked the sales rep when it would be delivered etc. they give us a date we do the paper work etc. 3 days later it is delivered! Awesome...not. 2 weeks after its delivered we get a call from the manager saying the account will be closed due to non payment...non payment? We’ve had it 2 weeks? Normally it’s like renting a house payment is due on an agreed day or the 1st of every month. We were never given a date to make a payment never told when it was due just get a phone call saying the accounts closed and they will be coming to pick up the piece of furniture. After being agitated and calling the store to ask what’s going on. We’re told we can make 2 months worth of payment on Friday to keep the furniture. So we’ve had the one piece of furniture a total of 3 weeks and are expected to make 2 months worth of payment?!?! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! this has to be a scam of some sort. I have half a mind to return it and not pay a damn dime....

Don't ask to help us then say "look online" Help us by saying "I'm not sure let's see what we can order rather than having us do all the leg work. We came in to buy an item and get advice and assistance. Not to be told that you don't know what you have available and that we should look online.
