We had Certified Clean Care come pick up two large wool rugs for cleaning and we also had our living room upholstery cleaned. They kept us apprised of when the fellows were coming to pick up the rugs and they arrived on time. They were friendly and efficient. They also explained the whole process for how they clean area rugs. The technician was very knowledgeable and it was obvious he is proud of the work he does. Although we had been given a ballpark estimate over the phone, he promised to let me know later in the day what the exact price would be - after they inspected the rugs carefully. I received the info as promised and unbelievably, it was lower than the original estimate!!
The upholstery technician John arrived at the promised time. He also was friendly and efficient. He explained everything he would be doing. It was obvious that he also takes his job seriously. He took some time with it and there was no mess or fuss. That evening I thought I saw a spot on the sofa; wasn't sure if it was a stain or just an area that hadn't dried thoroughly. (Everything else dried within 3 hours). I called the next day and John came back early that afternoon and cheerfully retreated the spot/stain. No excuses, no fuss. You can't ask for better than that!
Both services offer three levels of treatment, including Scotchguard. I think the prices are very competitive and the work was very professional.

Thirty minutes before the appointment, I received a call from John to let me know he was on the way. That was followed up with a photo of John in a text. I liked knowing who to expect, so that was cool. When he arrived, he asked about my expectations; then he examined the carpets to estimate the cost of the service. I had previously come up with my own estimate based on the phone call, and John's estimate was very close to what I came up with. I really appreciate the information being given up front, and it matched what actually took place. John was very respectful and wasn't pushy about which services I should get. He worked quickly and got the job done quicker than I expected. I think he did an excellent job.
My carpets weren't very dirty, but I wanted to get them cleaned anyway after moving into a new home, not knowing what had happened to the carpets previously. Had they been more dirty, I think the "value" would be higher. In my situation, I'm content with the price I paid. I expect to take good care of the carpets going forward, so I'm not sure how likely it'd be that I'd get additional cleaning services any time soon. Read moreThey keep asking me how I liked my service. I didn’t get any service, the guy came to my house to give me an estimate. He tried to call the office to schedule a day but they never answered the phone. He told me they would call me with in a half hour. Never heard from them. Wasn’t that surprised because the first time I called them I got a voice mail that they weren’t in the office to leave my name and number and they would call me back. They never called me back. Then 2 days later I called again. It took 3 days to get an estimate. Then like I said I never got the call. Then 3 days later I saw an email from them asking me to sign a contract by email. I sent them a message I don’t do business through email if they wanted to talk to me they knew how to get in touch with me. Three days later I got a call from them. I told them that I had scheduled a date with the guy with the estimate but they missed that and that now I was going out of town for the holidays. This happened on December 19. I told them to get back to me on or about January 6 th. Naturally they call me on December 20 which was the next day to try to schedule an appointment. Seems like my January 6 date didn’t matter.
