HEADS UP, WORSE PLACE EVER, I HOPE EVERYONE READS THIS BEFORE U BUY!!!!

I would never buy furniture at SOTO'S FURNITURE STORE again. Yes they are cheap I love my sectional, however they cheaply made, I bought my couch less than 2 months ago, i was told no refunds or returns and I'm ok with that, however I would like my couch replaced, my son sat on the chase lounge part of it and the foot/leg of tge couch broke literally went all the way into the bottom of the couch I called and the man that answered said to me mabe your son was jumping on it ummmm NO sir he's 32 yrs old, I had my Christmas this past weekend on Jan. 13, 2018 for my kids and grandbabies, if I had known that my couch wasn't built to hold a group of people I would not have bought it, it's a sectional it's suppose to be made to hold alot of people, the man I talked to said he would send someone to repair it but the leg went all the way thru, who's to say another leg won't break, so I took the legs off and now my couch is on the floor, I'm on disability I can't afford anther couch, I was happy I could afford this one and I really liked it. Muhammad ? Let me tell you he is amazing!! I walked in here originally in November! I had a few options but i was waiting for a new bank act and card . He said come back he’ll figure something out! I went and tried to use my temporary card unfortunately things weren’t going my way! He said that’s okay COME BACK and again i will help you . Today , I left with the couch (sectional) i really wanted with a great price! He even offered same day delivery and I’m here at 6pm! He will never disappoint! He was so nice, patient and willing to work with anyone from no credit to bad credit to good credit. I went here a couple of weeks ago because I saw their ad on Facebook. I went to get 1 sectional and they helped me buy a leather sectional that was Mike's better!!! The pricing was good, the people were extremely friendly. He even helped me have guys move it in and take out my old furniture for a little bit of nothing. There was seven a small discrepancy that we had in terms of a moving situation and he completely made the entire experience right!!! These people are absolutely amazing!!!!
