I called about some tickets that were sent to collections without any warning or notice. One ticket was from 2019 and the other was recent but I was told that I didn't need to come to court and that I just needed to pay the money when I got it. All I wanted was information on how to solve the issue and I asked a question of why didn't I get sent any warnings or notice of anything and the lady told me that this was not a convenience store very rudely. I'm not trying to get rich here or scam anybody out of anything they feel that I owe them. I just wanted to know what was going on. The parking lot offers free parking for people visiting for 2 hours. Additionally the parking lot offers a direct entry into the office. The officials at the entrance were warm and friendly.
