Taste the Essence of the Spanish Coast! Nayarit-style seafood and it did not disappoint! The Paella Del Mar was absolutely incredible and took my taste buds on a journey I never expected. The flavors were so rich and vibrant, and every bite was a burst of deliciousness. The seafood was cooked to perfection, and the garlic-infused rice was a perfect complement. It truly felt like I was dining by the coast of Nayarit.
The service at La Jaiba Seafood Restaurant was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent recommendations. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends or family.
I am so glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem and discovered the new menu at La Jaiba Seafood Restaurant. The Nayarit-style seafood is a true culinary delight, and I can't wait to go back and try more dishes. If you're in the mood for some amazing seafood that will transport you to the coast of Nayarit, this is the place to go. Highly...
Read moreA local gem for drinks! I admit, the plating was great. Portions were enough to feed two people.
The food looked very appealing; but, lacked flavor. The spices you would typically taste in Mexican meals weren't present here. I enjoyed the Chile relleno platter because I was hungry.
The front of the house had women making homemade tortillas, which gave the most authentic aroma! It was so pleasant.
The restaurant had more than enough seating on the inside, and some seating outside. Establishment was nice, decorative, and clean. The staff gave great service as well.
On-site parking is limited, but there is a parking garage a block away. The restaurant is in a safe and clean area... and if interested, you can bar hop on the same strip. All in walking distance. It is also very close to public transportation.
I'm glad I tried it; but, I wouldn't go back... solely because I like my food...
Read moreHad dinner here before we went to the Genesee theatre. The hostess was nice, the server Nora, was so awesome. She had to keep checking to see if we were ready to order, because their menu is extensive and it was or first time there. We had drinks - they were strong (in a good way). The food was delicious, they make their own tortillas on site an you can watch! I had a squash blossom taco and a Steak Sope - they were sooooo good. My honey had the Steak Azteca (I tried it, wow was that good!) And my sister had the chicken breast with pineapple, it was a little spicy for her but I tasted it as well and it was good. I would totally recommend this place and can't wait to go again so I can try more. They have exotic foods as well, but I am not sure I am brave enough to try those. Overall - a fantastic meal and kind, friendly staff. I...
