Target — Local services in Waukegan

🤠Really the only store of this type in this part of Waukegan and Zion. If you want the type of experience you can find in this store you would have to go out to the Walmart supercenter or Gurnee Mills. Really, you can go to this Target and avoid the crushing crowds.The prices may not be the lowest of some of their competitors, but most of the time they match those competitors prices if you ask. Just make sure you bring proof of the prices by their competitors. They even have a CVS pharmacy and a Starbucks inside of the store, not bad for a small local Target wouldn't you say? I know that the management team worked extremely hard to get the CVS and the Starbucks inside the store, that's all you can ask for, a management team that wants to make your shopping experience even...

The store is very clean, always fully stocked and knowledgeable employees. The problem I had on my visit today is the "Loss Prevention Officer" after taking a few pictures of vaccums to send to a friend asking about which in particular she wanted. I noticed after walking through the store this guy act like he didn't know what direction he was going in and was literally harassing me. Nothing about me said I steal or did I look it, who knows. People do these things all in the name of it being their job. I let him know out loud that I was paying with a "Discover Card" yes a black woman. I would never visit here again. Didn't like it, that was a first and definitely last. They need to be retrained on who to actually suspect of a crime and who not. So...

Despite being and outdated store.. came a few days on a busy day.. I love the fact that the workers in the apparel area was very helpful when I needed a size for a birthday gift. I want to recognize Bianca for helping me pick out a bday outfit and find the sizes I needed! life saver! Check lanes were so busy that I waited a long time until the same lady who helped with my gift attended me on the check lanes! Talk about fast customer service! :) Asked me if everything was okay and ranged me up and helped me join target circle lol. I saved a few dollars on shoes! Boho sales are awesome! Love this store!
