Burger King — Restaurant in Waukegan

Drive thru was a 30 min wait ..i repeated my order clearly 3 times and They still really messed up my order today...I ordered the family bundle, all with cheese and one with no onions..2 value size drinks, and 2 orders of jalapeno poppers..when I pulled up to the window the cashier didn't announce my total and then had my card brought to the back of the store without any explanation..then when she finally handed my order she didn't hand me any drinks..I sat a few seconds and then she asked if I would like any drinks...I replied that I had ordered some drinks and didn't receive any..she seemed confused..I asked for a receipt of my order because i wasnt handed any receipt either and was concerned that i might have been fraudulently charged... she replied that they didn't have any receipt paper...I pulled ahead and checked my bank account and seemed to.have been charged what I was quoted at the drive thru speaker...when I finally got home and was able to sort out the bags, my 3 whoppers had no cheese, no onions ,and no pickles..I didn't have any jalapeno peppers, but instead had an order of chic fries and a chicken sandwich...I looked up the number for the store and tried calling numerous times only to be answered that the number was unavailable or out of service...I can't get a hold of anybody..also the most of the time that I go , they claim to be out of cupholders..I don't know how they expect customers to be able to cargo...

My husband and I came here and got two meals, the bacon cheese whopper meal and the original chicken sandwich meal with a milk shake. The service was good but, when we sat down to eat and opened up the burger, there was a super long black hair inside the burger, literally attached to the tomato. Even tho my husband went up and had a new one made, my appetite was officially gone. Why are the ladies with long hair not required to wear a hair net? Or have there hair in a high bun? Being part of management myself, if your hair is longer than your neck, it's required that u wear it in a bun, or something where your hair is not just flowing around, considering your preparing meals. Also I noticed a lady who was just getting off giving free food to a small group of ladies sitting in the dining room. I believe it was French fries. If anything, I should have been given a refund (not a big deal because I enjoy paying for mine, taste better) because of the long black hair. This happened on Friday February 17,...

In any BK location I've ever been to, food is almost always hot n' fresh, dining areas in particularly this one are always kept clean but the service including this location overall is average at best.

Customer service should always be a high priority if not the highest priority for any business. Sometimes it's good but once in a while I'll have an encounter with an employee who acts like they don't wanna be there.

I'll admit that I eat at BK from time to time when I need a break from McD's or Wendy's or want an affordable burger which really isn't cheap at any venue anymore with the rising cost of food everywhere.

This is the one location I end up at the most since it's the closest to my house in Beach Park. Doesn't necessarily have to be a 5⭐️ experience for me to come back but the fact that BK serves lunch items early in the morning is mainly why I...
