We stopped by today unsure of what we needed. We had a few ideas, but hadn't purchased a mattress before.

Tammy greeted us as soon as we walked in, and I was immediately impressed with how straightforward the store and customer service were. It is decorated, but it gets right to the point with what it offers: many options for furniture and mattresses, for astounding prices. There is no frilly stuff that tries to grab your attention and distract from the amount on the price tag, and I really appreciate that honesty.

We also felt welcomed - having our two toddlers with us can sometimes get out of hand, but Tammy was incredibly kind. You can tell this is a business that cares about people, and about family. We were in and out of the store within minutes, and feel confident with our purchase.

We bought a sectional sofa today from Waupaca Mattresses and furniture. Very nice selection, AMAZING prices and no pressure, friendly owner! When we got home and unwrapped our couch from the 2 layers of factory protection, one piece had been packaged without one of the legs; At no fault to this wonderful business! I called the owner to see if i might get a leg ordered and shipped to my home from the factory, they did one better! They hand delivered the leg to my home an hour away from the store!!
