I went through the drive-thru earlier today and asked to do a split payment. When we arrived at the window, they had no idea how to do a split payment, which wasn’t a big deal. Then they asked us to pull foreword so we did not hold up the line and they kept our cards inside without giving them back. Neither of us in the car felt comfortable with leaving our cards inside while driving away. When our food was brought out, they did not bring our cards. We asked about our cards and the lady had no idea what we were talking about. A manager came out with our cards and told us she had chosen one to put the entire payment on. We told her we wanted to split the order and she said that wasn’t an option. I told her we would just pay in cash, so she got upset and took our cards back inside to refund the money. When she came back out I asked why she didn’t come ask us which card we would like them to use or if we had another form of payment. Her excuse was that we handed her one card before the other and she just decided on that one. She then continued to tell me she refunded the card and did nothing wrong, even though she DID charge the card she decided on without asking and we had to ask for the money to be put back on the card so we could split the bill in cash. Highly highly disappointed in the...
Read moreWe have never had a problem with Culver’s and this is where my family and I love to go to when we want to eat out because the food is always fresh and it makes the price worth it. We went through the drive thru and asked for honey mustard and ranch(we ordered chicken tenders) but didn’t check the bag until we had already drove away from the restaurant. We pulled back through because the sauces were not included in the bag. When we got to the window, a manager named Jen asked what we needed and we stated that the sauces were missing from the order. She closed the window as we were still talking to her and then opened the window back up and told us that we needed to make sure we ordered it next time and proceeded to close the window in our face once again. We then took the receipt off of the bag and showed it to her to prove that we were missing the sauces. She then proceeded to tell us that it was in the bag and slammed the window again for a third time. I work in the fast food industry, I understand mistakes happen and not everyone is perfect. We weren’t even upset that it was missing, we just wanted what we ordered. This was the rudest customer experience I had ever experienced from any Culver’s restaurant and definitely left a bad taste in our mouths. We will not...
Read moreThe food is always good and, up until recently, I’ve had a great experience here. However, there is a girl named Hope who has been EXTREMELY rude each time I’ve gone in and it’s ruined my experience at this Culver’s. She was rude to us when I was with my cousin, and rude to my elderly grandparents and it’s left a lasting impression with them. Today when I went through the drive thru, she came to bring the food to me and YELLED at me for parking where I did when I was specifically instructed to park there. She said “are you trying to make me freeze?!” I said “I was told to park here.” She said “no you weren’t! Park by the railing!” There were already 2 cars there when it was my turn to park. The rudest I have EVER been treated at any establishment. I am hesitant to return to this Culver’s anytime soon as this is the third bad experience with this girl. On a positive note, the manager I spoke to and who took my order was extremely kind and provided excellent service! I wish I’d have gotten her name -...
