Burger King — Restaurant in Waupaca

Went to Burger King 1/2/25 and let me just say how much this business has truly went into the ground. Have kids so naturally went to bathroom before placing our order...the bathroom was absolutely disgusting!! There was literal human feces on the toilet seat in 2 stalls and behind the toilet on the wall...tf 🤮 The person who took my order acted like I was ordering the entire restaurant and a complete inconvenience to him. On top of that when the manger saw I was getting frustrated with the cashier they came over and started harassing me as well for having a large order. I have 3 children and a hungry husband so at this point I'm ready to just feed them.. until the manager looked at me and said I should take my children somewhere else if they can't wait the time it takes for our large order to be filled. Walked out and will never eat there again until under NEW management. Used to be fast friendly and sooo much...

Check your drive thru orders! I drove into town to pick up a few things then drove to the other side of town to get their fish sandwich; because it’s lent, they have really good fish sandwiches and I wanted to treat myself. I ordered the meal, hopped on the highway and drove 20 minutes home to discover I was given a dried out, nasty, original chicken sandwich instead. I didn’t want to waste food but after attempting one bite, I spit it out and threw it away as it was inedible: I could have broken a tooth! I was not given a receipt so I couldn’t have gone back to address it even if I wanted to drive the 20 minutes. I will say the onion rings were much better than in the past, they were whole onions, not chopped and formed, so thank you for that. However, I ended up paying $11 for a medium drink, onion rings and a doorstop. Poor order verification and quality...

I've only gone through the drive through so I can't rate the atmosphere, and I've only gotten the Impossible Whopper. It's made fresh every single time, yes that means you have to wait longer but what's a couple extra minutes for a fresh meal? I've been 6 times at the time of this review and only one time was there a mistake with a new employee being trained. I was told my sandwich was being remade and it was a longer wait-- I appreciate the communication! The employees here have been nothing but friendly to me and I can't even imagine what kind of horrible people these 1 star reviewers must be to have the kind of experiences they describe.
