Anytime an app order is placed the sandwich is wrong and it looks like someone rolled around on it after making it. Staff argues with you when items missing. Anyone ever try to get guacamole off something? It’s green and sinks in. But the staff argue. Photos, no fresh mozzarella or avocado like it was supposed to have. Also see two wraps and the polite note to please cut each wrap in half and double check ingredients. Wraps not cut in half and missing 1/2 of the requested ingredients. Also ordered a steak wrap and added bacon and you can barely see any steak or meat. Wraps are supposed to have the same amount of meat as a footlong. AND YOU PAY FOR IT. Owner:Manager is a mean person who tells you off. There is less steak in this last pic than if I would have asked for a quarter of meat!! Subway is Subway. Not cutting edge cuisine but i think a respectable chain sandwich shop. I have had the same kid make my sandwich the last couple of times at Subway. It is so obvious that he takes pride in his work. And, he has such a good attitude. He didn’t have a mask on; i asked him to put one on and he replied with an “Absolutely Sir! Whatever i can do to make you feel safe.” Last time he told me he was making me (actually my daughter) a “beautiful sandwich”. I went there two weeks ago,.was served by an overweight blond haired boy,I had to watch to make sure his forehead sweat did not drip on my food he was dripping sweat and I don't why because he wasn't doing anything, but than I went a week later and of course it's the same fat kid serving me again dripping in sweat well this time he puts his gloves on and starts making my sandwich and WIPES HIS FORHEAD WITH HIS GLOVE AND GRABS A STACK OF CHEESE TO PUT ON MY SANDWICH, i yelled at him to not put on there and throws it back in the fresh cheese, I had to leave...
