Awful. Just don't. Run far, far away from this place.
Poor parking area. Fine for small vehicles and cars..... Not for vehicles with trailers. We had to park in someone else's parking lot with our truck and camper. I want to add some context first.... There was only 1 car that went through the drive thru and 2 ladies standing and ordering at the kiosk the whole time I was in the building. They were definitely not overwhelmed with orders or customers!! And there looked to be 3 or 4 people working. Walked in to order. It was SCORCHING HOT inside the building. Walked up to the counter to order and the worker finally turned around and said "oh, you want to order?" Apparently they don't do orders at the counter anymore? They want a person to order on the kiosk?! There was no sign on the counter notifying a person of this. The guy taking my order apparently was new and very impatient. The item my husband has always ordered (cheesy gordita crunch box) apparently can not be ordered in the store anymore, only on the app according to the worker. We only ordered for 2 adults and 2 children. 3 of the orders were the exact same item. The guy grew increasingly upset for some reason. My 10 and 15 year old children even noticed he kept hitting his fist on the counter as he was speaking to me. Also, we wanted to order dragonfruit freezes. The worker informed me, we could get them but they didn't have the syrup for them. How is a cup of fluff with no syrup still a dragonfruit freeze? Fast forward..... After a bit, we finally received our carry out order. Our freezes were half melted by the time our order came out - they took a long time and, like I said, it was super hot inside the building. The 1st menu item I ordered wasn't even on the receipt, so it obviously wasn't in the bag. Ordered 3 quesadillas, only 2 were in the bag. I obviously got a bit upset because we were standing there for some time already (at least 10 min, if not 15 min). When I asked (possibly a manager) for the cheesy gordita crunch and offered to pay for it, he said "ma'am, you don't have to get upset, we are going to give it to you." I said I didn't want it given to me, I wanted to pay for it because it wasn't even on the receipt. He insisted he was just going to give it to me. It was a very strange interaction. Upon departure, the same man that took our order was walking through the same EMPTY parking lot, next door, that we parked in, clenching his fist and sucking on a cigarette, looking very angry. On top of everything else, the intimidating actions toward a woman and 2 children inside the building and outside the building from just this 1 person is the #1 reason why we won't ever be back to this...
Read moreMy family and I frequently visit this place when we take a trip to the Waupaca area. Yesterday July 1st 2018 was the worst experience. We came in and ordered our normal boxes, they came back and said they had no chicken for the chalupa and asked if we wanted to get our tacos first while they cooked up the rest of our meal. We were the only customers in here (10:45) . so we said sure. We get the tacos first. My husbands confused because they felt light. We open them to find no meat. Only lettuce. All of them were like that!!! We returned it and the staff girl was like oh whatever and gave us new ones. We continued to wait for the rest of meal and when my husband went to confront them they said they didn't know where his order went. We asked to speak to a manager and they said they didnt have one on shift and there were 2 girls working the whole works. Then the 3rd employee comes walking braggung how he could be came in early to help but he didn't get home till 4 am due to summerfest in Milwaukee and reeked of alcohol. After observing the scene play in front of us, a couple came in, ordered their food and waited. Again they too had missing meat and missing items from their boxes! Crazy! No team work, no managers! Won't be returning...
Read moreWe ordered food through the drive thru and were given a bag of food. We looked through the bag and touched each item to see if it was correct. Nothing was correct so we were given someone else's food. We pulled around to the front to return the food bag that was not ours and pick up our food. When inside the employees were very apologetic and said they were almost done with our order. One employee said to keep the bag or else they throw it away. A few minutes later the emoyees noticed that the vehicle that was waiting for this bag of food was still outside. So an employee came over and said, "I better bring them their food" and he took the bag that I had knowing that we left with it we had stuck our hands in to look at each item. I told him, "I just put my receipt in there and I touched the food when looking through it to see if it was our bag. I'm just not sure what your sanitary procedures are because of Covid." He took my receipt out and took the bag to the customers waiting outside anyways. The vehicle that was waiting for the food has no idea what happened. They trust that their food is being handled with the highest sanitary measures. This...
