Extremely disappointed in our visit today but not in the way you would expect. We stopped in because we needed some items for our camper and heard of the 50% off. In the middle of my transaction my son came back in from the car to tell me my suv had just shut off. I was shopping with my 3 kids, but had brought my 4 dachshunds with for the quick trip. I went outside to find my suv completely dead. I went back in to ask if anyone had jumper cables. While I was on the phone with a tow company one man that works there stated he did have jumper cables and, according to my 14 year old, he was told not to help by the lady that looks like she is in charge. My 12 year old ran in (just after the store closed) to ask if they have any leashes to buy to get our 4 hot dogs out of the car and in the shade. They gave her a hard time about the registers being closed, needing exact cash for the $2 worth of crappy leashes we desperately needed, and a lady asked the 2 girls "when will you be done and leaving" when they were sitting in the store in the ac waiting for the tow truck (after I heard another worker say that they would be there quite a while after closing due to having to load furniture). Becks came and jumped my vehicle, but unfortunately the alternator is shot and we would not be able to drive home. Ultimately, the furniture store next door offered my dogs and kids some water, and for the kids to sit with the dogs in the AC if needed. For a not for profit store, it was an absolutely terrible experience during a stressful and challenging situation. I spend a lot of money here. Unfortunately the staff that you had yesterday July 31 Saturday. She had long blonde hair, dewy makeup on her face, she was at the register, around 10 to 1050am with an older lady. she works full time helping children as her actual job I think, was absolutely rude. She didn't even say hello, didn't even agknowledge me as a customer when I came to check out with my son. She threw my stuff around, and was not respectful at all. Super immature. I'm a paying customer and I know people who spend 100s of dollars in there a week and could and will easily stop. I suggest you get a hold of your staff and be sure they are acting like Christians and treating customers with good customer service. I however will be bringing my business to other thrift stores if that worker continues to be there acting immature. That behavior I would expect from a 14 year...

Amazing customer service. OVERALL JUST a good place! EXSPIALLY when your trying to save a few or more bucks!! For Example: today I needed all black sneakers for my job. Name brand pair plus a nice blouse 2 pairs of name brand leggings, plus 10 baby onesies,in total I paid $16.37! That's the type of deals we the people need more of.
