We've been here about 3 times in the last two or so months. It used to be so great, but has gone downhill significantly. I always want to give it a chance because I know their pizza and buffet can be amazing, but I have been less than impressed the last few times we went. They are not accepting pizza requests, and they should because they don't have anything on the buffet long enough, it's always picked apart by hungry patrons very quickly. The salad bar is usually great as far as selection and how fresh the food items are. The last few times the lettuce has been slimey, brown and old, and the other toppings are usually always low. The pizzas seem to be rushed. The toppings seem to fall off of the slice, like it's not baked long enough or like the right amount of cheese is missing. I haven't seen an adult manager around in quite a while, it's always very young people that I've noticed. The teens working there, most of them stand around and a few have had an attitude that I've noticed, if you ask them for something. I will probably eventually be back, but they have a lot...
Read moreExcellent service and excellent food! The service is comparable to Chik-fil-A where you always feel welcome and respected. I've never had a bad experience with staff at any Pizza Ranch yet. Their chicken is my favorite chicken out of anywhere I've ever been. It's so nice and crispy, yet not overly breaded like many other places. The pizza also ranks at the top, and they will make it up however you want for the buffet, which is really cool and gives endless possibilities. The potato wedges are so flavorful and crisp, and the fresh cheese sticks are delicious with a crisp outside and soft inside. The broccoli cheddar soup was one of my favorite soups, but this location hasn't had it in a long time sadly. That would be the only thing I'd change about this place; that they would put the broccoli cheddar back on the buffet. Everything else 10/10. The arcade is also nice if you have kids so that they can go play when they get done and aren't driving the adults crazy when they're trying to finish eating. Love this place,...
Read moreArrived there at a less busy time today(Sunday) after church with my family & unfortunately was "welcomed" by who I believe was the manager.(I sure hope it wasn't though) He didn't greet us or even ask how many people were dining in. Just stood there...To add to the excitement, I was having trouble using a visa gift card which I was sure had funds & each time I swiped the card, he would just say "denied." He looked frustrated from beginning to end, so I asked him for a minute to try & resolve the issue. He left, but when I was ready to pay agan, he sent someone else to deal with me. This young gentleman that he sent sure set an example for manager of how to treat others. Issue was resolved quickly with young man's great attitude and patience. It was about 4pm already and there was still breakfast items out. The French toast was stale. There was a small variety of pizza and the dessert pizza wasn't fresh. $54 we paid for an awesome greeting and little amount of food. Service everywhere is really going downhill....
