Asian Garden Restaurant — Local services in Waverly

The food is amazing. The service, however, is horrible! Only one waitress and she seems to not really know how to do her job, even though she's been there for years. She's slow to do anything. She added up a bill for four people (3 tickets) at our table; doing the math in her head. Then didn't understand why we wanted separate written tickets. When it seemed that she finally understood, she brought back three pieces of scrap paper with our orders and totals. So we had no way of knowing if her internal math was correct or not. We waited 45 minutes for our appetizers and an hour and a half for our food. As the restaurant started to fill up with people coming in for dinner, her pace didn't speed up at all. You would think, being the only waitress, that she would have some kind of hustle...

1 out of 5 went out with my significant other and a couple of friends, recieved the menus water and tea. The guys ordered beer, it was expired june 2019. Waitresses eventually came back and physically told us she forgot about us(never gave her name). It took 45 min to get our 2 orders of crab ragoons and the 4 eggrolls that come with the entree. They were delicious, but then waited another 45 min for the entrees. Mind you we were 1 of 6 other tables, so not busy. I've eaten here before and never had this service before. My significant others food came out last and smelled like death. He couldn't eat it, tried to remove from the bill and they refused, highly disappointed. Wont be returning again...

Unacceptably slow. Absolutely no reason for it to be. I have ordered take out now for the third and very last time. All other Chinese places take 10 minutes I have now waited 1 hour and it’s still not done. You go in then they start your order, that’s not how take out works. They do not value your time. We have eaten in 3 times and I agree the waitress seems annoyed to help and also insults you and butts into your personal conversations and gives her unwanted opinion.
