I ordered some flowers for a cousin's funeral and two people told me that were tacky and my Mother was extremely embarrassed. When I called to discuss this with the owner, Deb, she immediately got an an attitude with me and told me my Mother didn't know what she was talking about. I guess she was saying my Mother was lying. She asked what I'd like for her to do about it. With her attitude I told her never mind, I'd just come on here and write this review. She then stated, "I control the reviews, I can delete it." Then all of a sudden she wanted to make a deal. I asked her to either refund me my money or just deliver a small green plant to my cousin's wife in Janesville. She said no problem, it's only 5 miles. Then she changed her mind and said she's just refund me half of the charges, which I agreed to accept. 2 minutes later she called me back and screaming at me told me she had talked to her attorney and that I had threatened her. Really? To write an HONEST review is not a threat. It is not slander, it is not defamation of character if it's an honest review, which this is. So now I've called her back and very nicely told her I was not only going to write this review, I was going to dispute the ENTIRE amount with my credit card company. So Deb, as I said, my words were not a threat, they were a promise. I would never use your company again not only because of the tacky flowers you delivered to my cousin's funeral but mostly because your lack of professionalism is utterly uncalled for and ridiculous. Have a great day and tell your attorney I said hi. You can delete this if you want but it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy niece was planning her wedding and it was taking place in Waverly. I sent multiple emails via the email provided on the website for this business. I never received one email back. I also called a few times and could never get anyone to answer the phone.
The day of the wedding, I had to purchase 2 yellow roses and I walked into the store and was asked what I needed. I told her that I needed to purchase 2 yellow roses. She said I will have someone else help you and she walked to the back of the store and told someone back there what I was looking for.
The lady said I will have to go in the back and see what I have. She did and came out with 2 yellow roses. She asked if I wanted babies breath with the flowers and I explained to her we would just be using the petals so that was not necessary. She acted like she was bothered by me being there and then telling her that I did not need babies breath. She came back out and handed me the roses that were wrapped hap heartedly in tissue paper.
If you have a business and have a way for customers or potential customers to contact you, or a phone you should answer the emails and the phone. Even if you have no intention of helping the person or if you are not interested.
We had a GREAT experience at every other business we worked with for her wedding in Waverly and would absolutely recommend any of them. I would not recommend this business, in my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have never been so disappointed. Originally, I didnāt meet with the manager, and I was happy with our selection. Later, we returned booked our flowers. Apparently the manger is the only one who books the flowers. (That might not be right, and I wish we could have met with someone else.) I had to fight with the manager to get the flowers I wanted. She insisted my flowers be different than what I wanted. It took two trips and a ten minute back and forth before she was okay with my, the brideās, bouquet have less flowers than she wanted. I honestly was so stressed from the trips that I didnāt want flowers and became nausea. We ended up keeping our appointment with them. I showed the manger a picture of the flowers, so I had high expectations. None of the flowers looked like the picture I showed them. The flowers looked cheaply arranged. Additionally, the flowers died and the boutonnieres didnāt make it for the...
