I wish we could rate decimals because I would rate the bowling alley a 3.5/3.7. We went in the evening around 5 with our toddler. There was another family there with kids and they had the 1 and only kid-assist bowling ramp. Once they were done, we used it. There were many times where we would bowl our first time, knock a bunch of pins down and there be one pin left. After not being able to knock the final pin down the second time, the screen would still say we got a spare. We were just there to have a good time and we are not super competitive so even though these are faults for a bowling alley, it didn’t stop us from wanting to return again. They also have a lot of really cool arcade games- including 3 skeeball games!!! My favorite. There is a good variety of games and they are newer- so most of them I haven’t played before. They also had several “play til you win” games which was good for my toddler! The cost to play the games was pretty typical for any arcade game - overpriced, not the best prizes, but the cost is worth the fun in my opinion. We didn’t get food there but the people next to us got a pizza which looked pretty good! As soon as a group would leave, a staff member would immediately go clean off the tables and make sure the spaces where reset. My friend and I came here to celebrate my birthday. We came around 10:30. We had several problems with our lane losing pins and getting stuck. My friend went discuss this issue with the staff, who seemed annoyed but fixed it anyways. We still had several issues with the lanes after this. They told us the machines are old and they won’t pay to fix them because it’s too expensive. She did not accountability for this and made it seem like our problem. Furthermore, they rushed us out of there and we didn’t get to finish our hour that we paid for. Online it says they close at midnight, but they kicked us out way before that. We talked to the lady, and she didn’t seem to care. The staff were also drinking and smoking in the facility. They guys next to us came up after and asked if we got to finish our hour and they also mentioned how they were offering alcohol to them when they’re only 16. My friend also said they didn’t ID her when she got our drinks, even though we’re 21 and they should be asking for IDs. This kinda ruined...

I am very pleased to say I finally went and tried out a lane since the reopening. The overall ascetic was fenomenal. Very well maintained lanes, a juke box for all your song desires, and a few quarter machines for the kids (even if it’s just at heart). The staff were incredibly kind and always present with a smile and a helping hand. The only thing I can say I wish would change is, the lights outside to be on earlier so the younger kiddos can enjoy them also. I really hope they see great success from their reopen, definitely a perfect place to take a break from the real world and feel like a...
