Harding's Market — Local services in Wayland

I love Harding's Market! Although they're on the expensive side, they employ our smaller town. AND they still have people bag and deliver your grocers outside WITH you. But that's not even the reason I love them so much --- they do balloons. And you can order them and pick up later. I had planned to need them on the 11th (November) - my daughter got sick so I called on the 8th to put order on hold. I said I will call back when I figured that out. And Saturday (13th) they called me to check in. To check in. TO CHECK IN. Like...not just to figure out what's going on with the balloons. Like they cared. We've replanted and I've updated and everything will be good to go tomorrow when I need them. I love Harding's and the fact that they care about the people in our small town Also - Peg (I think?!) Works front desk - she's so awesome. Fun. Goes above and beyond. I really hope management knows just how...

Very disappointed. Very very disappointed. Chef and journeyman butcher by trade. Where did your butchers go? Store has gone from serving community what it wants, to. "this is what we got, n' it'll cost you." Went to make a meal other night...and couldn't. Old store, at least I could make SOMETHING work, but this time could not. Know THOUSANDS of recipes. Guess I'll have to shut up and eat it, n' pay through the nose, or save up on gas money and drive. Instead of blowing money on your window dressing I bought a freezer and put in a pantry. After spending $200 on over priced groceries. I asked the cashier for $60 cash back from my card, I set out 2 piles of money 2 20s and 5 20s Asking for 2 50s and a 100 dollar bill. She gave me the 2 50s and had 2 20s in front of her she called over the manager and I stated I recieved the 2 50s Just needed the 100 Instead of looking at the 60 cash back on my reciept and the 2 20s on the counter she stormed away stating "Thats how they steal money from us". Treated like a criminal over a simple transaction because they have a hard time with simple math. I will not be back! I would take a close look at your night manager im sure this is not the first time she has acted this way seemed very natural to her. Im sure you can check your cameras around 7pm on 8/29 to verify this...
