Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer — Local services in Weatherford

I Recently had issues with my carrier of 4 years..(boost). So I walked in to the Cricket Store in here in Weatherford.. I was greeted by 2 female associates. I told them my issues with Boost and could tell I still heated.. I was surprised by larger selections of higher end phones they had, alot more deals going on... I was not aware the Cricket is to AT&T like Boost is to Sprint... The ladies hooked me up with a lot nicer phone then My J7 and I didnt need to do a thing.... I high recommend Cricket for the Phone deals... Lets be real the Prices are pretty much the same with any sevice ... I got the 60 dollar Unlimited plane which is about the same as boost minus...

I will NEVER tell anyone to go to Cricket. I asked for my due date to be change to the 12th then the person changed it to the tenth from the 11th. Then I was told my phone wouldn't be shut off until the 11th at midnight and they would pay the late charges. Then wake up the next day to have no phone. I talked to supervisors and at least 7 reps. Noone could help me and basically said that I was out of luck. I will be switching I filed a complaint already but am still out of a phone with 6 kids and a job I need to talk to I can't because of the mistake they made...

Went into the store to get a simple sim card. We were told we needed one because the old one was outdated. We were refused and not sold a sim card. We explained what we were told by Cricket help line assistant. Again we were refused a Sim card. I could of gotten one at Walmart but they were sold out. The person in the store said it was her (I think) policy that not sim card leaves unless its checked by her. The attitude that this was said in was a holier than thou type. That store will not get any business...
