The owner Chris is an absolute horrible retailer and a complete liar. Sold a puffco product with second hand parts after claiming he is a verified puffco retailer( he is not). Will not give a refund and talked to me like I was a child and had no clue what I was talking about. I have had every device Puffco device they have manufactured so far and that was nowhere close to being a new device. First said the chamber broke on arrival then claimed it had been stolen. Which would explain why It didn’t have a charger cable or block and a second hand chamber from Dhgate.com. I do not suggest anyone give them...

You banned the one person that doesn't shop at that rundown dispo the owner couldn't even keep a civil conversation with a customer without cussing at them. Also couldn't remember what all was missing from the box such as, charging cable+ block, complementary glob mops (4), incorrect chamber, and an obviously used OG puffco peak. Crazy to see how a medical dispensary can treat and sell to patients and get away with it. Much appreciated getting the situation handled!!! See you never...
